Shipping Information

Yes! In addition to Germany, we also ship to select EU countries: Austria, Poland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Spain, France, Portugal, and Italy.

As soon as your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and carrier information. You can also check your order status anytime in your customer account.

We ship with DHL.

All our packages are insured. If your package doesn't arrive, first contact DHL directly with your tracking number. If the issue can't be resolved there, just get in touch with us – we'll help you out.

General questions

No, you can also order as a guest. However, without a customer account you won't have access to your order details.

If you have a customer account with us, simply log in and you can view your orders under the "Orders" tab.

Order information

Choose the products you want and add them to your cart. Once you're done, go to checkout. You can create a customer account or order as a guest. Enter all the required details and place your order.

Right after your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email from us.

If you don't receive one, there was likely an error with your email address – in that case, feel free to contact us.

Feel free to contact our customer service. They'll check whether your order can still be changed.

We cover the shipping costs for orders over €99.

Return information

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

We do! We cover the full cost of your return.

Click "Cancel contract" at the bottom of the page and submit a return request with a short reason. Our customer service team will then contact you and send you a return label. Send the package back to us — we'll inspect the return once it arrives. Depending on whether you'd like an exchange or a refund, we'll send you the agreed replacement item or refund the amount.

Please get in touch with our customer service team — we'll find the right solution for you.

Once your return arrives, we check it. If everything is in order, we refund the amount, which can take up to 14 days.

If you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service team. We'll discuss together whether you'd like the correct item sent or prefer to return it for a refund.

We're only human, and despite our best efforts, mistakes can happen on rare occasions. We're sorry for that. Once you've contacted us, we'll work quickly to find a fair and simple solution.

Product information

Yes! We've been developing every one of our products right here in Germany since 2003. Quality control and shipping happen under one roof at our site in the Niederrhein region.

That depends on your cover:

Perfect Stretch Cover: Machine washable at 30 °C on a gentle cycle. Please don't use fabric softener, don't tumble dry, and don't iron.

All other covers (e.g. Classic Allrounder, Outdoor): These non-stretch nonwoven covers can't be machine washed. If needed, simply rinse with a garden hose – please don't rub or scrub. Then let air dry.

Please first check that your payment details were entered correctly and that your payment method has sufficient funds. Trying a different payment method often helps too. If the problem persists, feel free to contact us – we're happy to help.
